This year we are celebrating with renewed vigor the values and actions that bring meaning and direction to our daily civic lives. We celebrate a great county: Shiawassee; we celebrate small town democratic values at their best; we celebrate good neighbors, great schools, “salt-of-the-earth” farmers, and energetic manufacturing and small businesses; and we celebrate democratic values and principles that are admired by freedom-loving people around the world.
